Overview
The Minivent Series of axial roof units has been designed for use
in a wide range of free intake or ducted exhaust air applications.
Features and Benefits
Easy Installation
Designed to be suitable for curb mounting, the Minivent MV can be mounted on flat or inclined roofs with a maximum pitch angle of 30°.
Specification
Construction
Cowls are of UV-stabilised injection moulded plastic. The impellers are of powder coated galvanised steel
Motor
Single-phase external rotor, squirrel cage induction motors mounted on sealed for life ball bearings to ensure longer fan life
Internal Thermal Protection
Models MV112 and MV132 are impedance protected. MV202 and above are fitted with thermal contacts as standard.
Quality Management
All units are to be tested to BS 848 Part 1 (airside performance) and BS 848 Part 2 (sound performance).
